While this is a simple animation, adding basic camera movements, like the cut-in to a second shot of a camera following the arrow makes it more dynamic.
The blur effect around the clip is from the camera itself, its determined by where in the place the focus point is and whatever part of the graph's plane is tilted to make it move away from the focal plane is blurred automatically, giving it a nice cinematic look.
